My partner and I were ready to make the jump from our starter home into our "forever home" - Martha was a huge help in navigating us through the process! Martha is fantastic. It was great working with Martha. She convinced us to "spruce up" our house so it would sell quicker but was also willing to work with us when we were not willing to pay for some expensive upgrades. A "no stress" and quick sale of our house can be attributed to her. If you are looking to sell, give her a call! P.S. She has a handyman husband who can fix even the toughest job...an added bennie!
